1921 The brand name FELLA is created

2000 Investment in “new” FELLA — new building and restructuring — was added to the 4 “self-controlling” factories

2000 Tarver Sales Corp., with then over 30 years experience—a pioneer of rotary hay making equipment in America—becomes responsible for FELLA machines and parts supply in the Southern USA

2011 100% takeover by AGCO — FELLA becomes the center of excellence for green forage harvesting of AGCO in Europe
